Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items accordingly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh and innovative Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels efficiently Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during events like banquets or catering functions Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels Handle cashing out guests promptly while maintaining accuracy in cash handling procedures Assist in bar management duties as needed, including scheduling or training new team members Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Proven track record in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Food safety certification and knowledge of proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately Experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on hospitality excellence Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets Familiarity with food industry standards related to alcohol service and responsible beverage practices Join us to bring your bartending talents to life in a lively environment where your skills make every guest's experience extraordinary!
