Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will enhance the overall dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking drink orders. Process payments accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Assist with special events, including banquets and catering functions, as needed. Skills Proficient in operating POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to beverage service. Experience of 3 years fast pace bartending is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail when processing payments. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of service. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests effectively. A team player who is willing to help colleagues during peak times or special events.
