Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently. Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies. Assist with food service when required, including serving snacks or light meals during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Maintain a lively yet safe environment by monitoring guest behavior and adhering to nightclub or hospitality regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service settings; previous retail math or hospitality experience is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours while maintaining excellent customer service. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
