Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area Assist with food preparation and handling as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers

Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment if necessary Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Please submit your resume along with any relevant certifications or training.
