Job summary The Men's Locker Room Bartender is responsible for all aspects of the dining experience in the men's locker room. They are expected to follow excellent high end service procedures, focusing on detail, quality presentation, and customer service. Sage Valley servers will have an excellent attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond in order to ensure that our members and guests are "raving fans." Our servers will serve food and beverages with expertise and gracious hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a team mentality and a servant's heart. Essential Functions 1. Performing job duties in accordance with Sage Valley, Federal, State, local health department, and food safety & sanitation guidelines. 2. Ability to work in men's locker room setting. 3. Ability to potentially work in a variety of other different service environments and settings as staffing needs demand, to include (but not limited to) outdoor events, extreme heat or cold, large banquets, room service, etc. 4. Ability to effectively operate our POS system to transmit orders. 5. Ability to lift up to 35lbs on a regular basis. 6. Must be able to reach, bend, lift, and carry food trays and other objects. 7. Must be able to safely use and work around cleaning chemicals.
