Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience from ordering to departure. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and register reconciliation. Develop and suggest beverage recipes, including craft cocktails and specialty drinks, to enhance menu offerings. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste through effective stock control. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods and special events such as banquets or catering functions. Experience Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with fine dining or upscale venues. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards within the food industry. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in drink preparation and cleanliness.
