Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drink options tailored to their tastes Maintain knowledge of beverage recipes, including developing new cocktails and updating menus regularly Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met during beverage preparation and service Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption in compliance with legal regulations Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service in a lively setting Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Ability to develop beverage recipes and contribute to menu innovation Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations Previous experience in bar management or catering is a plus but not required Join us as a Bartender and become an essential part of creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued and entertained.
