Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and standards Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about beverage options, and enhance their overall experience Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS while processing orders swiftly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink menu Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously during busy hours while ensuring excellent customer service Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and brewing processes Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing cash transactions and sales accurately Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods effectively Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience in food service environments such as fine dining or restaurant settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus Solid understanding of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards in hospitality settings Basic math skills for handling cash registers, retail math calculations, and inventory management Join our team as a Bartender and become a vital part of creating lively atmospheres where guests feel welcomed and valued.
