Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments Assist with food service by delivering orders promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on customer preferences and industry trends Uphold food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times Skills Extensive experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Proven bartending skills including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits expertise, and craft beer experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising quality Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and proper sanitation practices Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while maintaining consistency in presentation and taste Experience in hospitality industry roles such as serving, bartending, bar management or catering is highly desirable Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as splitting checks or managing cash drawers Familiarity with food industry standards including food safety certifications and responsible alcohol service policies Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
