Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep offerings fresh and exciting for guests. Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a memorable experience. Oversee cash handling processes, processing transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Toast. Lead the bar team by training staff on drink preparation techniques, POS operation, and customer service excellence. Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and alcohol service laws while maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests. Skills Extensive bartending experience with proficiency in mixology techniques and beverage recipe development. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and craft beer trends. Experience managing bar operations within fine dining or upscale hospitality environments. Skilled in using POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales and cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards. Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting such as nightclubs or banquet events. Deep understanding of food handling, food safety protocols, and retail math for inventory control.
