The golf course bartender is responsible for preparing and serving drinks to golfers, members, and guests, ensuring an enjoyable experience in the clubhouse, bar area, or outdoor patios. The bartender will also maintain cleanliness, manage bar inventory, and provide friendly service in line with the golf course's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and Serve Beverages:
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons. Take drink orders from customers and serve beverages promptly. Offer wine, beer, cocktails, and other specialty drinks while adhering to proper presentation standards.
Customer Service:
Greet guests with friendly and welcoming demeanor. Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the menu. Create a warm and comfortable environment, ensuring guests feel valued and satisfied.
Bar Maintenance and Cleanliness:
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies, glasses, and garnishes. Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment after use. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters, cleaning spills, and removing trash.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels of alcoholic beverages, mixers, and supplies. Report low stock levels to the supervisor and assist in ordering new supplies. Ensure proper storage and handling of all alcoholic beverages and food items. Compliance with
Health and Safety Regulations:
