We have a train ride, geode cracking and gem mining, a live-music Sunset Amphitheater, The Monkey Bar and a big food trailer park that keeps growing. Families come here to make memories, and our team makes that happen. Our coffee trailer and The Monkey Bar are two stops in that food trailer park. The coffee trailer serves specialty lattes, floats and our own Playground sodas, and The Monkey Bar serves drinks for the grown-ups. This is not a stand-behind-the-counter-all-day job. You'll make great drinks behind the coffee counter and the bar, but you'll also be a true utility player who jumps in wherever the park needs you. The Monkey Bar:

pour and serve drinks for adult guests, check IDs and serve responsibly Help across the food park: cook pizzas and support other trailers when they're busy Cover the check-in station and welcome guests when needed Keep the park looking great: pick up and tidy around the grounds when it's needed Take orders, run the POS and keep your area clean and stocked Help with opening and closing duties Who you are Super flexible. You're happy to switch jobs mid-shift and do whatever helps the team. A true team player. This is a big teamwork job, and "not my job" isn't in your vocabulary. Great with kids. You love working around children and families and keep them smiling. Bubbly, kind and helpful. Your positive energy is contagious and guests remember you. Calm in a rush. When the lines get long, you stay focused and keep things moving. Reliable. You show up on time and your team can count on you. Barista, bartending, food service or cooking experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Must be 18 or older to serve alcohol. TABC seller-server certification is a plus. Must be available weekends. Weekends are our busiest days, so weekend availability is required. Holidays and some evenings for events too.
