If not experienced we will train the right person. Bartenders make 90% of their money on tips. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests enthusiastically to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings that enhance their experience. Manage cash transactions accurately using a POS system, processing orders efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends in mixology and beverage innovation. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes; restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote guest safety. Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without sacrificing quality or safety standards. Familiarity with food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and alcohol service policies to ensure compliance at all times. Experience working with beverage equipment such as shakers, blenders, pour spouts, and bar tools; knowledge of cocktail presentation techniques. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events. Experience is not required, we will train the right person.
