Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an exceptional bar experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with beverage recipe development to enhance menu offerings Uphold food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Previous food handling experience along with understanding of food safety protocols in the hospitality industry Excellent math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Experience with bar management or supervising responsibilities is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality shines!
