Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your passion for craft beverages and exceptional customer service will shine! In this energetic role, you will craft and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages while creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in beverage preparation, combined with your vibrant personality, will contribute to a lively atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy hours and special events Qualifications Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or beverage service within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and cocktail techniques Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate order processing Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your skill in beverage artistry!
