The Bar Back plays an important role in keeping our bartenders supported and the bar running smoothly during busy shifts. We're looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized. positions pays $8 an hour plus tips Responsibilities Keep the bar fully stocked with beer, liquor, mixers, ice, cups, and supplies Assist bartenders throughout busy shifts Restock coolers and storage areas Change kegs and assist with keg storage and setup Collect and remove empty bottles, glassware, and trash Wash and organize glassware Keep bar areas, coolers, and workspaces clean and organized Help maintain adequate ice and beverage supplies Assist with opening and closing duties Help with deliveries and putting away inventory Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate with bartenders and management to anticipate and meet bar needs Follow all company policies and applicable health and safety requirements Requirements Must be 21+ Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required Must be reliable and punctual Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must be able to work well as part of a team Must be comfortable working nights, weekends, holidays, and busy event nights Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods of time Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must be able to frequently bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull Must be able to move quickly and safely around a busy bar environment Must maintain a clean and organized workspace What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, team-oriented, and willing to stay busy . Pay:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 34.0 per week
