Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently through effective time management during busy service hours Requirements Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or beverage service within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of cocktail creation, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service Basic math skills for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures preferred Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of beverage recipe development and food industry standards is a plus Join us as a Bartender and bring your enthusiasm for hospitality to life!
