Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Engage with guests to provide recommendations and answer questions about drink offerings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Experience Previous experience in a mixology or bartending role within the food industry is preferred. Knowledge of fine dining service standards and hospitality best practices.
