Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly and with a warm welcome. Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables. Assist guests with any inquiries or requests during their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu items, reservations, and special events. Uphold high standards of customer service at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS experience is a plus). Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
