We're seeking a skilled, hospitality-driven bartender to join our team and create an exceptional bar experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve creative cocktails, wine, sake, and premium spirits with precision and consistency Provide personalized, engaging service to bar guests and support servers with drink orders Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, following health and safety guidelines Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service at all times Suggest and upsell featured cocktails, premium sake, wines, and spirits Collaborate with management to innovate and update the bar menu Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

2+ years of bartending experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant or bar required Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, wine, sake, and Japanese spirits (training available for motivated candidates) Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality Must be 21+ years old and have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
