Job Description

Summary:

Assisting the Bartender with keeping his bar and surrounding areas in presentable shape.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED. One-year previous experience in high volume bar. Must be 21 years of age or older. License Requirement(s): Class III Gaming License;

Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board Mast Permit, Health Department Card Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for cleaning of beverage areas and equipment. Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies. Remove empty bottles and any trash. Wash glasses and polish bar fixtures. Prepare necessary fruit for use in garnishes. Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies. Stocks and rotates all inventories. Other Duties as assigned

Physical/Mental Requirements:

Constantly walking, standing, hearing, seeing and talking. Frequently smelling, tasting, eye/hand coordination and handling. Occasionally balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, sitting, holding, wrist motion, reading and stooping

Working Conditions:

Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Close spaces while working with others. Moderate noise levels. Stand on tile, mats
