We have a tight-knit, tenured team looking for a friendly and energetic Server/Bartender to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving drinks and food. Whether taking orders, mixing cocktails, or ensuring guests have a memorable experience, your enthusiasm and hospitality will help create a lively and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders with attention to detail. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beer, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all beverages are prepared safely and efficiently. Process cash transactions accurately using Toast POS system. Assist in food service by delivering dishes promptly and checking on guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Uphold food safety standards and proper handling procedures during all aspects of service. Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, answer questions about menu items, including beverage recipes or wine pairings. Skills Previous bartending or serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required. Knowledge of POS systems like Toast POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an approachable, friendly attitude. Experience with cocktail mixing, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and craft beer is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently. Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. From $17.13 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
