Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally, including serving at nightclubs or banquet events. Assist with catering setups, food service, and banquet functions as needed to ensure smooth operations. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, upselling menu items when appropriate to enhance sales opportunities. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Ability to perform retail math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately.
