Club TEN is the entertainment destination of Pepin County, and we're looking for a friendly, energetic person to join our bar team. This is a part-time bartender/server position with a consistent need for:

(every or every other weekend) Additional shifts may be available depending on availability and business needs. Club TEN features a full-service bar and grill, 6-lane bowling alley, and sports simulators. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys people, can hustle when we're busy, and is comfortable staying productive and social when things slow down. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive bar and table service Take and enter food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Mix classic cocktails and Club TEN favorites Verify IDs and follow alcohol service guidelines Process payments and maintain accurate tabs Run basic bowling alley operations, including setting up lanes, assisting bowlers, and handling basic equipment issues Learn basic operation of our sports simulator systems Be comfortable learning basic troubleshooting of bowling and entertainment equipment Keep the bar, glassware, and work areas clean and organized Make drink and menu recommendations Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming guest experience Help with opening, closing, and general side work as needed Qualifications Must be 21+ Must be available Wednesdays from 3:00-10:00 PM Must have weekend availability Friendly, outgoing personality and a good sense of humor Comfortable multitasking and working independently when needed Willing and able to learn basic bowling alley operations and equipment troubleshooting Reliable and able to show up consistently for scheduled shifts Team-player attitude Passion for hospitality and taking care of guests Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person Pay & Perks $10/hour base pay + tips — average $20+/hour 50% off food Free bowling during non-peak times Free sports simulator play during non-peak times Consistent part-time hours Limited late nights — we're not a 2 AM bar If you're dependable, enjoy working with people, and want a part-time job that's a little more fun than your average restaurant shift, we'd love to hear from you.
