Job Description

Position Summary:
The Lift Attendant is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mountain chair lifts.
Role Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Position responsibilities:
Assist guests on and off chairlifts Set up and take down perimeters and mazes at the beginning and the end of each day Maintain loading and unloading zones- shovel, chip, and rake Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests Be alert to possible problems, and notify your operator Provide information to riders about resort facilities and the local area Assisting guests through the RFID gates, making sure everyone has valid tickets Other duties as assigned Essential skills and experience: Minimum 18 years of age. Ability to work flexible schedules such as evenings and weekends. Must be reliable. Able to work outside and in inclement weather continually. Possess excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work with all kinds of people, sometimes in stressful situations.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
