Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge Description Service Excellence. Performance. Integrity. Teamwork. Consistency. Innovation. As an RV Attendant you will assist in the day-to-day RV Park operations by providing excellent customer service, listening and responding to guests' needs and concerns. You will apply knowledge of the property, optional tours, services, local information, policies, procedures, and guidelines to assist guests. This role also implements and maintains procedures and policies within established company guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome all guests in a friendly manner and assist with any questions or concerns during their stay. Process check-ins/check-outs and collect payments via cash or credit cards. Pre-register, block reservations, and take same-day or future reservations. Perform regular inspections of the RV Park and recommend the maintenance of equipment and grounds as needed. Maintain overall cleanliness of RV Park, general store, laundry room, and restrooms including the use of chemicals safely. Apply knowledge of company products, tours, services, and operations for guests and employees to enhance the vacation and work experience. Answer and re-direct telephone calls as needed; greet and interact with guests at the desk or designated areas.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess their own RV (Motor-home or Trailer). Must pass a pre-employment background check. Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences. Must be able to communicate verbally and written both in person and over the phone and radio. Must be able to lift 50 lbs/23 kgs. Heavy lifting is required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals. Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards. Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day. Benefits Travel - FREE
