15 per hour As a Guest Service Professional, you'll be at the heart of the golf experience, ensuring every player feels welcomed, prepared, and taken care of from arrival to their final putt. From tournament support to hands-on guest interaction, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while creating memorable moments for our members and guests. This position reports to the Golf Shops Manager. What You'll Do Bring our mission, vision, and values to life in every guest interaction Keep players informed on course conditions, daily activities, and events Communicate consistently with teammates to ensure smooth, safe, and seamless operations Deliver top-notch customer service and confidently resolve guest concerns Maintain and manage golf carts, rental equipment, bag storage, and service areas Identify and report maintenance or safety issues promptly Create a standout guest experience: Greet golfers with energy and professionalism Set up carts with all essentials (coolers, tees, scorecards, and more) Assist with bag handling and direct players to key areas Provide support at the first tee to ensure a great start Welcome players back after their round, clean clubs, and assist with post-play transitions Keep things running smoothly: Clean, inspect, and restock golf carts after each use Support tournament operations alongside the Golf Professional team Step into various roles such as Practice Facility Host, Player Assistant, or First Tee Host as needed Stay knowledgeable about Golf Shop merchandise and club services to assist and inform guests. Encourage members and guests to dine in at the Grills. You'll spend your day navigating the course by golf cart, interacting with guests, and working in varying weather conditions. Expect a dynamic environment with natural terrain, moving carts, and the occasional wildlife sighting. Physical Requirements Active role requiring extended periods of standing and walking Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Clear communication and awareness in a sometimes busy, outdoor setting
