Overview Alaqua Country Club is seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join our Outside Services team as Cart Attendants. This is a key front-line position responsible for delivering a first-class experience to our members and guests from the moment they arrive until they leave the property. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy being outdoors, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. At Alaqua, we set a high standard for service and presentation, and our outside staff plays a critical role in upholding that standard every day. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests promptly with a professional and welcoming demeanor Assist with loading and unloading golf bags, ensuring proper care and handling of all equipment Prepare and stage golf carts to club standards (clean, stocked, and properly arranged) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging areas, and practice facilities Coordinate cart availability and assist in managing the flow of play to support a smooth first-tee experience Clean clubs and provide post-round services for members and guests Set up and maintain the driving range, including picking range balls and ensuring a clean, well-presented practice area Communicate effectively with Golf Shop staff to support daily operations and member needs Anticipate member needs and take initiative without constant supervision Qualifications Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive throughout the shift Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation Ability to provide high-level customer service in a private club environment Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry golf bags (up to 40 lbs) Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Alaqua Country Club?
