What You'll Do Welcome guests with genuine Southern hospitality and an enthusiastic attitude. Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure. Escort guests to accommodations while highlighting resort amenities, dining, golf, beaches, marina, shopping, and activities. Answer questions and provide recommendations to help guests make the most of their stay. Coordinate luggage storage and delivery with efficiency and care. Assist with transportation requests and communicate with resort shuttle services. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Welcome Center entrance. Work closely with Front Desk, Valet, Security, and Transportation teams to create seamless guest experiences. Anticipate guest needs before they even ask. Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull luggage weighing up to 75 pounds. Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb stairs as needed. Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and wind. Operate luggage carts safely throughout the property. Safely drive resort vehicles if assigned. Maintain a professional appearance while performing physically active duties.
