Arcade Attendant- DUCK!

MOA WEEKDAY SHIFT AVAILABLE

Monday-Friday Morning Shift:

10:00 AM - 3:30 PM We are looking for employees who are available to work this shift . Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Arcade Attendant to join our team at our entertainment facility at the Mall of America. This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences, managing arcade operations, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, experience in event management, and the ability to handle various guest interactions with professionalism. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with arcade games and activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of arcade areas and equipment Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts, and manage complaints effectively Provide information about attractions, and upcoming events to guests Skills Excellent customer service and guest relations skills Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Enthusiasm for creating fun and memorable experiences for guests
