Job Summary Retirees, stay-at-home parents looking for PT work, college and high school students are encouraged to apply. Private golf club seeking dedicated and friendly AM & PM Cart Attendants / Outside Operations Attendants to join our team. The Cart Attendant plays a crucial role in enhancing the member and guest experience by ensuring that carts are readily available, clean, and well-maintained. This position involves interacting with members and guests, and providing excellent customer service in a private club environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and be skilled in managing guest needs effectively. Prior golf experience or knowledge not required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Retrieve and return carts to designated areas while maintaining cleanliness and organization. Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about the course and its facilities. Ensure that all carts are stocked with necessary supplies for players convenience. Handle any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing conflict management skills when necessary and including supervisors when needed. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate events and ensure smooth operations during peak times. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Stock and maintain the golf practice facility. Qualifications Previous experience and/or knowledge of the game of golf is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive attitude towards guests and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
