SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Prep Cooks/Line Servers to join our team at a private school dining program. If you enjoy working with fresh ingredients, preparing food from scratch, and being part of a supportive kitchen team, we'd love to hear from you. As a Prep Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing ingredients for daily meal service, including washing and cutting fruits and vegetables, preparing salads, making sauces and dressings, baking simple items, and assisting with recipe preparation. Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are important for success in this role. You'll also help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, follow food safety and sanitation standards, and support the culinary team in delivering exceptional meals to our community. Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences. Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP). What you'll need: Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
