Duties Set up breakfast stations with fresh food items, beverages, and condiments, ensuring all offerings are well-stocked and visually appealing Prepare food items according to safety standards and quality guidelines, including basic food preparation tasks Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, counters, and kitchen equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines, toasters, warming trays, and food processors Assist with food handling and presentation to ensure compliance with food safety sanitizing procedures and hygiene standards Process cash transactions accurately at the breakfast service point using POS (Point of Sale) systems Support dietary accommodations by understanding dietary restrictions and assisting guests accordingly Skills Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace safely and efficiently Basic math skills for processing transactions and measuring ingredients Knowledge of wine or beverage service is a plus for enhancing guest experience Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor for in-person interactions Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with catering or hospitality environments enhances your ability to meet guest expectations This role is perfect for individuals passionate about food service, eager to develop culinary expertise, and committed to creating memorable guest experiences.
