Harvest Inn is home to gardens of agricultural botanicals that produce many of the ingredients on the menus of our on-property restaurant, Harvest Table. Harvest Table restaurant is seeking a morning Busser to join our restaurant and catering team. This position is a part-time status and are responsible for serving meals to guests in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner ensuring 100% guest satisfaction during hotel events. Our Busser position provides support to the Director of Food and Beverage to ensure that client/guest needs are met and details of function are carried out. These positions requires the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. The pay scale for this position is $17.00 per hour, plus tips. This is the wage rate for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay.

Essential Job Functions:

Communicate with all Guests and Staff courteously and professionally. Strong sense of urgency Follow detailed instructions Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining room quickly, efficiently, and properly. Assist with the service of food according to restaurant standards. Have detailed knowledge of menu, ingredients, taste, appearance, garnish, and food preparation, and be able to answer general questions. Be fully aware of service flow between all stations and the dining room. Assist service staff in delivering dishes to larger tables, using correct position number. Assist server in clearing dishes from tables only after everyone is finished eating. Perform all other duties as assigned.
