Job Description

Mobile Mini Donut & Soft Serve Truck Seeking Qualified Individual Donuts with a Twist is seeking a Mobile Food Truck Manager or Helper to join our team! We are looking for a dedicated, reliable individual to manage or help with daily operations.

Employment Type:

Part-time or full-time (depending on the candidate).

Hourly Rate:

$18-$25/hour +tips (and potential percentage of sales)

Flexible Schedule:

Must be available for weekends, evenings/nights, and weekdays based on the scheduled events.

Location:

Our unit is a trailer based in Marlborough, CT. Applicant must be able to drive truck with trailer attached to events.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the food truck. Oversee and coordinate events, ensuring smooth operations. Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Manage advertising and promotions. Work in the trailer, prepare food, clean, operate the register, and assist other employees. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Order supplies and manage inventory. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns. Train and manage staff as needed. Perform other duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

No experience needed - we will provide training! Must be able to drive truck with trailer attached. Must be able to lift heavy items as needed, sometimes exceeding 50lbs. Strong leadership or management skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Familiarity with social media platforms is preferred but not required. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold a high level of responsibility.
