SAGE Dining Services® is seeking Dining Room Attendant . We are looking for someone who knows their way around the kitchen and understands customer service, the need for a sense of urgency, as well as cleanliness and organization. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the servery and dining areas Wipe down stations, sanitize surfaces, and ensure all areas are presentation-ready Stock and restock food stations, utensils, beverages, and supplies as needed Monitor serving areas to ensure they remain full, neat, and visually appealing Respond to customer questions in a professional, friendly manner Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with basic menu or service inquiries Support the overall team to ensure smooth and efficient meal service

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile! Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots. Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience. Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen. What you'll need: Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean. Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures. Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
