Responsibilities Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests Refill water and assist with non-alcoholic beverage service Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and walkways Assist servers by delivering food, condiments, and tableware as needed Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing area Monitor table status and help ensure timely table turns Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Coordinate with hosts and servers to support smooth service flow Respond promptly and courteously to basic guest requests Support opening, mid-shift, and closing side work as assigned Required Skills Table clearing and resetting Basic food and beverage service support Dining room sanitation and cleanliness Carrying trays and bus tubs safely Customer service basics Time management in fast-paced settings Team communication Basic point-of-service awareness Adherence to health and safety standards Floor and spill safety procedures
