We are seeking a creative, service-oriented Food & Beverage Attendant / Culinary Specialist to enhance our guest experience by preparing specialty mocktails, refreshing beverages, and light breakfast and lunch offerings in our upscale environment. Position Overview The ideal candidate has a background in culinary arts, a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation, and a passion for hospitality. This role is responsible for preparing specialty mocktails and beverages for salon and spa guests, along with creating and serving light breakfast and lunch options approximately two days per week. We are looking for someone who takes pride in presentation, cleanliness, creativity, and delivering a high-end guest experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve specialty mocktails, signature nonalcoholic beverages, infused waters, teas, coffees, and other refreshments. Develop creative beverage menus that complement our luxury salon and spa atmosphere. Prepare light breakfast and lunch options twice per week, including pastries, fruit displays, breakfast sandwiches/wraps, salads, deli wraps/melts, and other simple, appealing menu items. Ensure all food and beverages are fresh, attractively presented, and served in a timely manner. Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards throughout food preparation and service. Properly store, label, and rotate food items while monitoring freshness and minimizing waste. Keep food preparation areas, beverage stations, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. Monitor food and beverage inventory and communicate supply and replenishment needs. Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to salon and spa guests. Follow all applicable food handling, sanitation, and health department requirements. Required Qualifications Experience in culinary arts, food preparation, catering, hospitality, or food and beverage service. Current Food Handler Certification. Current Food Safety and Sanitation Certification, as applicable to local requirements. Knowledge of safe food storage, temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, and proper sanitation procedures. Experience preparing beverages, mocktails, or specialty drinks preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality and cleanliness.
