All Tray line workers are responsible for the accurate tray set-up of patient meals in accordance with prescribed diet orders. They assemble desserts, salads and beverages for all diets. They transport and deliver patient trays to the patient floors. They identify all patients by their name and date of birth before leaving a patient tray in a room. They also deliver late trays and functions to conference rooms as needed. They pick up trays and return carts to the dish room area where they assist the utility worker in stripping, stacking and returning dishes to the designated areas. Tray line workers also perform assigned cleaning tasks in the kitchen and other duties as required

Status :

Full time, 34 hr, 10a-7p. Includes every other weekend

Requirements :

High school education or equivalent desirable. Two years' experience in institutional or restaurant cooking is very desirable. The pay range for this position is $16.48 to $29.00 per hour, based on relevant education, qualifications, and experience
