Duties Serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards, you will be warming some items in the oven before putting them in the breakfast room for guests to help themselves in a buffet style breakfast. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including food stations, tables, and equipment Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and portioning ingredients accurately Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations Skills Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling and operating kitchen equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor in face-to-face interactions Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing inventory levels Familiarity with wine knowledge can enhance guest experience during breakfast service Experience in catering or dietary aide roles is a plus for supporting diverse guest needs Need to be able to lift 10lbs to put out fresh coffee in urns when it needs replaced Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable mornings!
