Sandhill Crane Vineyards is seeking a Cafe Worker. We are looking for someone who is customer service oriented, has a positive attitude, and is interested in long-term employment with possible advancement. This position is plus tips.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Ability to work in a fast paced setting with others
• Use of POS system for ringing up customers for food and merchandise
• Taking customers' orders
• Keeping up on daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks and making sure the cafe is always as clean as it can be
• Observing FIFO (first in, first out) when putting away or taking product out of walk-in cooler
• Following open/closing procedures
• Sustaining a high level of product and company knowledge
• Running food and clearing tables
• Performing the highest standard of customer service at all times
• Taking necessary actions to follow kitchen health code
• Hair tied back in a hat or a hairnet, apron etc
• Other duties as assigned
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management Normal shifts will be Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Events may require different hours and can vary based on the occasion. Food service/kitchen experience highly recommended. Love for wine and food a plus!
