This position requires an early riser who has experience with food preparation and presentation. It is imperative that this person is punctual and dependable. The primary responsibility is preparing, setting up, breaking down, and restocking of the hot breakfast. This position requires multitasking abilities and ability to effectively communicate with guests regarding breakfast offerings and basic hotel information. This person will work 3 to five days a week beginning at 6:00am and typically working 4 to 5 hours per day.

Essential Job Duties:

Providing personalized service to all guests. Listening and responding to guests' requests or complaints. Setting up and maintaining the Continental Breakfast in an attractive, abundant-looking, and organized presentation. Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day. Preparing and stocking foods, beverages and supplies. Continually clearing and cleaning breakfast area during hours of operation. Closing duties including but not limited to removing trash, washing dishes and returning those to designated storage areas. Returning reusable food supplies to storage and cleaning the entire breakfast area Other duties as assigned.
