Bussers at Beech Mountain Brewing Co. are efficient, team-oriented, and focused on creating a positive dining experience for guests. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and organization within the brewery and assisting servers to ensure fast and friendly service.

Responsibilities:

Clear tables and promptly reset for new guests Maintain cleanliness of the brewery, including sweeping and tidying up Assist servers with food and beverage deliveries Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and a clean dining environment Work closely with kitchen staff to keep things running smoothly

Requirements or Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Team-oriented and good communication skills Ability to work weekends and holidays Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
