This role supports servers and guests by maintaining dining areas, assisting with table service, restocking supplies, and helping the team deliver a welcoming experience during busy shifts. Responsibilities Assist servers and other team members with day-to-day restaurant service. Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly. Keep dining and guest areas neat, stocked, and presentable. Refill beverages, supplies, and service items as needed. Assist with salad bar or food-service support duties when assigned. Help deliver food and other items to tables when needed. Maintain cleanliness and follow restaurant sanitation procedures. Support opening and closing duties for the assigned service areas. Communicate guest needs and service issues to the appropriate team member. Work efficiently with the restaurant team during busy periods. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ability to remain on your feet and move throughout the shift.
