In this energetic role, you'll ensure a seamless and delightful breakfast experience for our guests by preparing and serving high-quality food, maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards, and delivering exceptional in-person customer service. Duties Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items with precision, adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures and quality standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, grills, and food warmers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, utensils, and food storage spaces. Assist with food handling tasks such as portioning, plating, and replenishing buffet stations or self-serve areas. Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing friendly in-person customer service. Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all food is handled safely and stored correctly according to health regulations. Qualifications Strong skills in food preparation, handling, and serving within a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper cleaning techniques. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; manual handling skills are essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor; experience in in-person customer interactions is preferred. Ability to handle weight handling tasks in the workplace safely while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
