Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. This position offers a dynamic environment where your hospitality skills can shine, whether in a lively nightclub setting or a refined fine dining atmosphere. All roles are paid, emphasizing the importance of your contribution to our team's success. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently during shifts Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Culinary experience or understanding of food preparation enhances service quality Effective time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in bussing tables, host/host duties, or nightclub service is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members seamlessly within a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
