Job Description
Main duties: Operate the deep fryer, following our exact procedures and cook times What we are looking for: Able to multitask and stay calm during a busy rush On time and reliable, every shift A team player — own your station, help others when they are buried Able to stand for long periods and work safely around hot oil Good food-safety habits: wash hands often, keep your station clean No experience needed — we train Food prep: cut, portion, and have ingredients ready before the rush Keep your station clean, stocked, and running — wipe down, restock, and reset between rushes Help at the front counter when your station is caught up and the team needs a hand Follow recipes and procedures exactly as trained — no shortcuts on cook times or steps End-of-shift cleanup: clean your station and take out trash as assigned
