Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Dining Support Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

Set up dining areas and tables
Ensure positive member experiences
Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
Assist with banquet or event setup and cleanup

Requirements:

Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles.
Individual must be flexible regarding availability; which may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
May be required to work additional hours than scheduled, if necessary.
Follows set-up procedures and performs side work before and after service as instructed.
Inspects side stations prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to set up and breakdown of tables, chairs, and buffet equipment for a la carte and banquet events, product stocking and light cleaning duties.
Ability to clear and reset tables.
Ability to assist in food delivery in dining room
Use the members name when addressing them on club facilities.
Understands table setup and table maintenance processes to ensure a quality dining experience.
Provide the utmost level of customer service and create a pleasant dining experience.
Member recognition is expected.
