Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Dining Support Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
  • Set up dining areas and tables
  • Ensure positive member experiences
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
  • Assist with banquet or event setup and cleanup
Requirements:
  • Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Individual must be flexible regarding availability; which may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • May be required to work additional hours than scheduled, if necessary.
  • Follows set-up procedures and performs side work before and after service as instructed.
  • Inspects side stations prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to set up and breakdown of tables, chairs, and buffet equipment for a la carte and banquet events, product stocking and light cleaning duties.
  • Ability to clear and reset tables.
  • Ability to assist in food delivery in dining room
  • Use the members name when addressing them on club facilities.
  • Understands table setup and table maintenance processes to ensure a quality dining experience.
  • Provide the utmost level of customer service and create a pleasant dining experience.
  • Member recognition is expected.
