The Quality Inn Florence is looking for an individual who is motivated, enthusiastic, and customer service focused to join our Breakfast Team as a part-time Breakfast Attendant. This job is Saturday & Sundays Starting at 5am.

Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities:

The Attendant is responsible to prepare, menu items according to Brand specifications. He/she will also clean and sanitize all work areas including kitchens, food preparation, dish washing, storage, service and other areas as directed. He/she may help order supplies or help keep records and accounts. He/she will follow safe food handling and service practices, and He/she will comply with obtaining a food handlers card and/ or regulatory requirements.

Breakfast Attendant Requirements:

Portion, arrange, food, and maintain the buffet for the guests. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotation stock. Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Responsible for the sanitation of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Follow safe food handling and service practices at all times.

Experience/Education:

Previous hotel (or like) kitchen experience preferred, but not required High school degree or equivalent preferred Food handling certificate is/will be required. Hours of position This is a part-time positions available 2 days a week (Saturday & Sunday) with some fill-ins shifts available. This is a morning position which may include weekends and holidays. Starting time is 5:00am. Most weeks will be 12-14 hours per week total. You must be a morning person! Training will be about 18 hours additional hours.
